All Lost & Found items are to be turned into the Guest Experience Center, located South of the Main Entrance as soon as possible.  

Any guest looking for a Lost & Found item during the event should be directed to that location.  

Guests inquiring about Lost & Found items during an event may report to the Guest Experience Center or call 956-348-8521.Guests inquiring about Lost & Found items post-event should inquire about picking up items that were turned in by sending an email to receptionist@bertogdenarena.com or call 956-562-7362.
