Edinburg, TX (January 28, 2021) – Please be advised that the REIK performance part of their “Encambio Tour” scheduled to take place at Bert Ogden Arena on Friday, January 29, 2021 has been rescheduled to Friday, December 3, 2021.
Your tickets will be valid for the newly rescheduled date and will not need to be exchanged. Event goers can visit our website for updates. Our refund policy will consist of a 30 day refund window from reschedule date announcement (January 28, 2021).

This very difficult decision was made following the recommendations of government authorities including the Centers for Disease Control to reduce the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
Please hold onto your tickets as they will be honored on the newly rescheduled date, which will be announced soon.

This very difficult decision was made following the recommendations of government authorities including the Center for Disease Control to reduce the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
Ticket holders who purchased with a credit card will automatically be refunded. Due to high volume cancellations across the country, please expect a longer than usual refund period, up to 30 days. For guests who purchased tickets with cash at the box office, refunds will be available beginning Wednesday, July 1st . Box office hours are Monday through Friday, from 10AM to 6PM. Edinburg, TX (May 29, 2020) – VStar Entertainment Group announces today the cancellation of PAW Patrol Live! “Race to the Rescue” which was scheduled April 4 & 5, 2020 at the Bert Ogden Arena. This announcement comes following cancellations and/or postponement of numerous VStar Entertainment shows across the country due to COVID-19.

CIRQUE DU SOLEIL CANCELS PERFORMANCES IN TEXAS DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Refund process for tickets purchased through Bert Ogden Arena scheduled to begin Tuesday, March 17, 2020.
TEXAS (March 13, 2020) – In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and following the World Health Organization and Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s recommendation of social distancing, all performances of Cirque du Soleil ALEGRIA in AUSTIN and OVO in TEXAS have been cancelled. Performances of ALEGRIA in HOUSTON have been postponed.
- ALEGRIA in HOUSTON – March 12-April 12, 2020 – POSTPONED
- ALEGRIA in AUSTIN – April 22-May 25, 2020 – CANCELLED
- OVO in EL PASO – March 13-15, 2020 – CANCELLED
- OVO in EDINBURG – March 19-22, 2020 – CANCELLED
- OVO in FRISCO – April 23-26, 2020 – CANCELLED
- OVO in FORT WORTH – April 30-May 3, 2020 – CANCELLED
Bert Ogden Arena will be issuing refunds to all fans who purchased tickets directly from us. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Due to high volume cancellations across the country, please expect a longer than usual refund period, up to 30 days. REFUNDS WILL BEGIN TO BE PROCESSED ON TUESDAY, MARCH 17, 2020.
