Follow these simple steps to use your tickets:

1. Get the Flash Seats or AXS app if you haven’t already (iOS or Android).
2. Open the app and sign in to see your tickets.
3. Show the tickets in the app at the entrance and get them scanned to enter.
4. Have fun!

If you’re going with a group, make sure everyone in your ticketed party enters together. If you’re unable to enter together, manage your tickets through the Flash Seats or AXS freeapp and transfer tickets prior to entering the event. It’s that simple!

A seat transfer allows you to digitally send each guest in your party their own ticket via Flash Seats through the Flash Seats or AXS App. With seat transfers, you no longer have to worry about delivering the paper tickets to them in advance or meeting guests in advance to walk in together.

1. Log in to your AXS app and then click MY EVENTS in the main screen. (Your AXS log in credentials will be the same as your log in credentials on axs.com.)
2. Find the event you want to transfer and then click TRANSFER.
3. Check the boxes for the tickets you want to transfer.
4. Enter the name and email of the recipient and click NEXT to preview the transfer.
5. Click CONFIRM TRANSFER and the recipient will immediately receive an email with instructions on how to claim the tickets.

1. Log in to your Flash Seats app and click on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen. (Your Flash Seats log in may not be the same as your log in credentials on axs.com. If you’ve previously registered an account, you may have a different password.)
2. Find the event you want to transfer and then click the RIGHT ARROW.
3. Check the boxes for the tickets you want to transfer.
4. Enter the name and email of the recipient and click PREVIEW TRANSFER.
5. Click CONFIRM TRANSFER and the recipient will immediately receive and email with instructions on how to claim the tickets.

If the recipient has a Flash Seat or AXS account, they’ll receive the tickets right away. Otherwise, they’ll need to create a Flash Seats or AXS account to claim the tickets. The recipient will need the Flash Seats or AXS mobile app to use the tickets.

No, there is no fee for transferring tickets.

Review your transfer history within the AXS app by clicking on MY EVENTS and selecting TRANSFERRED. You may also review your transfers and purchase history at axs.com

No. Once you have an account set up, you do not have to visit your account every time you are transferred tickets. The tickets will automatically be associated with your account and will appear when you log in via the Flash Seats or AXS app.

With the AXS App:

1. Log in and then click on MY EVENTS in the main menu.
2. Find the event and tickets you want to list for sale and click SELL.
3. Check the boxes for the tickets you want to list for sale.
4. Enter your asking price per ticket and the listing expiration date and time.
5. Click REVIEW LISTING and then CONFIRM LISTING.

With the Flash Seats App:

1. Log in and then click on ACCOUNT.
2. Select MY TICKETS and select the events you wish to list for sale.
3. Check the image displaying dollar bills.
4. Enter the asking price and populate other submenus, then click PREVIEW SELL.
5. Preview the listing and select CONFIRM SELL.

Your tickets will be listed for sale and you’ll get an email as soon as they sell. You can review or edit the listing at any time in your AXS account.

Purchases are virtually validated, so you are not at risk when purchasing from this approved marketplace.

Tickets purchased through unofficial 3rd party sources (such as Craigslist, StubHub, etc) are not authenticated via AXS-the official event ticket provider and may not be valid. The box office will not be able to assist on orders purchased from third parties.
